Imeres Studios & Apartments accommodation offers 3 options of pricing policies, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
In each package there are price differences per night.
In details:
Standar Rate / a deposit of 30% of the amount is required, which is refundable in case the cancellation is made 60 days before the arrival date.
Special Rate / a deposit of 30% of the amount is required, which is not refundable in case of cancellation. The special price is set with a -10% discount from the Standard price
Non refundable / a deposit of 100% of the amount of the reservation is required, which is not refundable in case of cancellation. The non-refundable price is set at -20% off from the Standard price
For all options, the following applies:
The price includes 13% VAT, 0.50% municipal tax and 0.50 euros state tax for each night.
The price includes 1 parking space in private space for each room, Wifi in each room, aircondition in each room, daily room cleaning, change of bed linen every 2 days, and satellite TV.
At Imeres Studios & Apartments, there is a difference in the charge for the room, depending on the number of people for whom the reservation will be made. Every child over the age of 2 is charged as a normal person. For every child - infant under 2 years of age, accommodation is free, and a free crib is provided upon request.
A shuttle from the airport by taxi company at a special price for accommodation of guests. In order to provide this service, consultation with the accommodation is required at least 2 days before the arrival or departure of the customer.
Booking Confirmation
In case you choose to make the payment by bank deposit, and depending on the pricing policy you choose, the reservation is considered valid,
as long as the payment receipt has been sent to the email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., within 48 hours from booking time.
Otherwise, the reservation is automatically canceled, and the room is again available for booking.
In case you choose to make the payment via paypal, and depending on the pricing policy you choose, the reservation is automatically considered valid, as long as the paypal system approves the transaction.
Once your reservation is approved, a confirmation email will be received in the email you have entered, with all the details of your reservation.

Cancellation of reservation
Booking cancellation it can be done automatically, though our page, or by phone, or by e-mail.
Standar Rate / the deposit is refundable, in case the cancellation is made 60 days before the arrival date.
Special Rate / the deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
Non refundable / the deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
Special conditions
In case of non-appearance the reservation is automatically cancelled after 24 hours of the arrival day.
If, during the check-in, a different number of guests is found, the price of the room is change according the new number of guests.
Every person older than 2 years old, is consider as person. Infant under 2 years old, can stay for free.
Arrival 14:00 -20: 00. An official ID is required
Departure until 12:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Daily cleaning service, change of towels-sheets every 2 days.
Hosting extra people is not allowed.
Free Wifi is available at all accommodation facilities.
Smoking inside the rooms is not allowed.
Transfer from / to airport (by appointment).
